GM Hotel Metro at Sunway

Breakfast is tasty.

Some dust came out from aircon blower unit suspect long time never do cleaning.Hair dryer socket repaired just by using wiring black tape.Closing door noise next door can be disturbing. Especially during midnight.

Location was near to the wedding reception at sunway resort. Thats all.

No receptionist. Self check in. Room was small. Can hear noises from outside. TV channels were bad. Breakfast was very limited. I will not stay there again

Very convenient, great staff

Only I needed bigger room, but they changed it. Then it was perfect.

Location, staff was nice and understanding and helpful

dusty, only one mirror, loud roads outside, can’t sleep

Very clean, good value for money. The room is a bit cramped but the shower is good and hot, the bed clean and comfy. For breakkfast you can choose either coffee or tea with a pastry - I liked it!

great location : opposite of Sunway Pyramid

Air Cond not cool enoughRoom : Sound Proof need to be improved

I like the location and many shop nearby

I don't like the parking. Very hard to get.

Location is great. Walking distance to sunway pyramid, a lot fo restaurants nearby

Small room size

Location was good, next to Sunway mall. For it's price, there's a bed and bathroom. There's aircon. You can charge your devices. There's even a hairdryer! That's all you really need. Cheap price.

The down button on the 3rd floor lift button is spoilt, so you'd have to walk down to 2nd floor to take the lift down. Also the wifi is not good and the soap smells like floor cleaner. Of course space is small but at this price that shouldn't be a complain.

Very near to sunway pyramid. Friendly staff and clean. Even to small but very comfortable. Thankyou gm metro ❤️

Room was clean, comfortable

A wardrobe, toiletries stand, a mirror in the room not just in the toilet would make the stay more convenient

Very close to airport and convenient store, easy to locate

NO PARKING PROVIDED FOR TENAN!!!rent entire apartment but no parking provide

I booked this hotel based on the location and photographs. Did not know it was that bad. I will never go to this hotel again.

Too small room for even sufficient ventilation, and it was very dirty and smelly. Aircon was not working. Although they repaired it next day after my complain, it used to trip down every 5-10 min. Bathroom pipe was broken. Table had tea/coffee mark of previous user. No drinking water in the room.

Easy check in and check out, convenient location, friendly staff

The window cannot be fully closed, the room I was staying is right beside the dumpster, I can hear the garbage truck and also smell the trash at midnight

Very near to mall and restaurants, clean toilet

The broken lift button, the hair inside the pillow cover and the slow check in process at the counter.

The location is close to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. Easy to find food nearby, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall very good.

Cleaners woke me up from my sleep. Literally slamming the cabinet and talking very loudly. TV can open but there is don't had a single channel is live. Staff personality great but changing room card number are confusing.

Location Location LocationClose proximity to where I need to goHave various convenience stores and eatery shops

Parking always a hassle at this area.Have to go at least few rounds or have to wait till other cars moved. The Hotel Lobby was having renovation, so it was very dusty.Time to change the Bath Towels.

The location is inside the Sunway City.

It will be hard to find parking during day time and noise insulation inside the room is not great especially when you are staying with inconsiderate occupants.

Convenient location. Clean. Bathroom also clean and well maintained.

Room size is very small. Nothing on the TV.

Walking distance to sunway pyramid, easy to get food. Water shower flow good

Small room, stay for 3 days but staff never come and clean or change tower
